Shipping policy

Most items can be made-to-order in 1-3 business days and shipped domestically in 3-5 business days. Bulky and complex items, like our folding screens or lampshades, take longer to create and ship. Check individual product listings for estimated production and shipping times.

Customs and import taxes (Non-US orders only)

For non-US orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
